PT and Group Sessions / Bootcamp sessions are designed to cover a wide range of different movements that combine fundamental whole-body training. We use elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, strength and cardiovascular training, which involves every single muscle group, and helps you to improve every aspect of your fitness which also transfers into your everyday life.
All fitness levels are catered for in a choice of 1 on 1 Personal Training, Small group PT (up to 4 clients) and Outdoor Bootcamp.
